By accessing or using the Nabzco Water Solutions website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Nabzco Water Solutions provides water filtration and purification installation, repair, and maintenance services in Central Texas. Estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection of the property.
3. Warranties and Disclaimers
While we strive to provide the highest quality service and equipment, specific warranties on hardware are provided by the respective manufacturers. Nabzco Water Solutions guarantees the quality of our installation workmanship for a period of one year from the date of service.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nabzco Water Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
